Set within he backdrop of a National Trust wooded valley upon Exmoor National Park this lovely ground floor sea view apartment, recently converted to a high standard, has fabulous sea and headland views of the North Devon coastline. Fallingwater makes the perfect getaway from it all and a rare opportunity to stay in once of the most peaceful, unspoilt and tranquil parts of North Devon and Exmoor Park. The apartment is one of three set upon the coastal footpath and is perfect for walking holidays across Exmoor or biking holidays along the North Devon coast. Guests are welcome to make use of the facilities in the owner's hotel opposite if prior arragements are made.

The front door opens into small hall leading to living/dining room with large bay window overlooking the stunning views. Large comfy corner sofa TV, DVD, stereo plus dining area. Separate kitchen with laminate flooring, cream fitted units and beech style work surface complemented with stainless steel fittings. Electric oven and hob, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A small utility room off the hall provides space for boots and coats etc plus a washer/dryer. Bedrooms all on the same floor level: 1) Double with lovely sea views across the bay, modern en suite bathroom, with bath/shower, wc and vanity basin all complemented with fresh white and sandstone mosaic tiling. 2) Double to the rear of the apartment with en suite shower room, wc and basin. Linen and towels included. No Smoking Throughout. Oil central heating. Large paved terrace to the side overlooks the stunning views, a perfect spot to while away the hours and relax, plus small rear courtyard which can be accessed from the living room and bedroom two.Regret no pets. Garden furniture provided for the terrace. Ample parking provided on site. The nearest village of Lynton is approx 3 miles and within easy reach by car or a most energetic hike! via the Valley Of The Rocks. Lynton has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Arrival/departure day for all weekly bookings is Friday.

Listen to the enchanting music created by the streams and waterfalls as they cascade down to the beach. Walk or ride along the thousands of miles of coastal and moorland paths that cross Exmoor National Park and meander along the North Devon Heritage Coastline which start at your doorstep.

Relax, sunbathe and swim at the beach which is only ten minutes away through the woods.

Brendon, Simonsbath, Exford, The Tarr Steps and Lynton Cliff Railway are all close at hand and within easy driving distance. The Tarka Trail which is close at hand offers the opportunity to cycle on over 30 miles of old railway lines through the beautiful Devon countryside.

Exmoor Zoological Park, Combe Martin Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and Broomhill Sculpture gardens are just a small selection of attractions that are within a 30 minute drive from Woody Bay.
